Support Services
In addition to the three core Con-AV technical systems, we also offer large-scale black drape and basic venue lighting services.
Black Drape and Pipe & Drape Rental
Black drape and pipe & drape can be used for:
- Concealing the left and right sides of the stage
- Backing the rear of the stage
- Dividing venue space
- Creating a temporary backstage area
- Concealing technical equipment and cabling
- Photography backdrops
- Video conferencing backgrounds
- Separating interpretation and control areas
- Covering doors, windows, and unsuitable backgrounds
Large black drape reduces unnecessary visual distraction and cleans up the stage backdrop, keeping audience attention focused on the speaker, LED screen, and core conference content.
Basic Stage Lighting
Basic stage lighting equipment includes:
- LEKO ellipsoidal spotlights and speaker face lighting
- Wash lights and background illumination
- PAR color-wash lights and stage ambience lighting
- Moderator lighting
- Panel discussion area lighting
- Award ceremony and photo-op lighting
- Fill lighting for photography and video conferencing
Lighting is planned together with the black drape, cameras, LED screen, and overall stage visuals, ensuring speakers' faces are clearly lit, the stage has proper visual depth, and the image quality of live recording, streaming, and remote video conferencing is enhanced.
