Our Conference AV Service Process
The conference microphones, simultaneous interpretation equipment, professional audio, LED screens, cameras, conference recording, webcasting, and remote video conferencing used at an international conference are not independent, standalone pieces of equipment.
The conference microphone audio needs to be delivered simultaneously to:
- The main house speakers
- The interpreter consoles
- Simultaneous interpretation language channels
- Recording equipment
- The streaming system
- The remote video conferencing feed
Camera, presentation, and video content, meanwhile, needs to be correctly routed to:
- The main stage screen
- Speaker confidence monitors
- Audience-facing displays
- Recording equipment
- The streaming platform
- Remote participants
The core value of Taiwan Congress Rental lies in having a single project point of contact and a dedicated Con-AV technical team coordinate the overall system architecture for sound, video, language channels, camera work, and remote connectivity.
We place particular emphasis on:
- Equipment and system compatibility
- Audio and video signal routing
- Multilingual channel distribution
- Two-way communication between on-site and remote participants
- Pre-event testing and technical rehearsals
- Backup equipment and contingency planning
- Coordination between technical operations and the conference program
Professionalism is not just about delivering equipment to the venue — it means selecting the right equipment and making sure every system works together, at the right time, in the right way.
