Installation Engineering Process

01 | Requirements Confirmation
Understand the room's intended use, number of participants, table layout, speaking arrangement, display needs, remote connectivity, and required AV functions.

02 | Site Survey and Equipment Inventory
Confirm space dimensions, power, network access, rack location, existing equipment, cabling, and construction conditions.

03 | Con-AV System Design
Plan the conferencing, audio, video, camera, recording, streaming, and remote video conferencing systems.

04 | Equipment Selection and Construction Drawings
Produce equipment layout diagrams, signal flow diagrams, rack diagrams, cabling plans, materials lists, and construction schedules.

05 | Equipment Installation and Cabling
Complete equipment mounting, rack installation, cable routing, connector termination, and endpoint labeling.

06 | System Configuration and Integration Testing
Conduct joint testing of audio, video, camera, network, video conferencing, and control functions.

07 | Functional Acceptance and Operator Training
Carry out acceptance testing against the confirmed requirements, and provide training for management and operating staff.

08 | System Documentation and Ongoing Maintenance
Provide updated system diagrams, equipment lists, configuration data, operating instructions, and records of on-site adjustments, to serve as the basis for future maintenance and staff handover.

Conference room AV projects should not focus on equipment specifications alone — usability, system stability, ongoing maintenance, and future expansion all matter just as much. We bring our hands-on experience from live international conferences into fixed installation projects, helping clients build professional conference room AV systems that deliver clear sound, stable images, simple operation, easy maintenance, and room to grow.
